FALL CONFERENCE - 2023

Join us for an empowering gathering of believers, as we come together to seek the Lord and foster meaningful relationships among young leaders like yourself. This transformative event will focus on acquiring invaluable skills to lead with effectiveness in our homes, local churches, and communities.

Requirements Prior to Arriving:

  1. Register for the conference
  2. Secure Lodging: if traveling from out of town
  3. Take Leadership Self Assessment (located below)
  4. Review Assessment with someone you will be accountable to

Leadership Self-Assessment:

During this gathering, the main foundation of our focus will be discipleship. As part of this, all attendees will need to complete an assessment and submit it to someone in their local church family for review. This process aligns with the principles of discipleship, where “every leader needs a leader” and “every person will invest in others.”

  2. Complete Assessment: Expect to take 1-2 Hours to complete the assessment
  3. Meet and review with the person you submit this to in your local church
